1. A Only damaged commodity can be Replaced within 3 working days of shipment once received by SHIVKRUPA ENTERPRISE personnel. All these official communications need to be done via Email.Or whatsapp The courier costs to be paid by the Buyer.

        - Please note that there would not be any returns against single piece returns.

        - Please note Leggings and undergarments also would not be accepted on returns.

1. The damaged returned products should be in the same condition as how it was first couriered to the buyer or else the product would not be eligible for return.
2. Please note for International shipments; the custom and import duties etc need to be paid by the Buyer.
3. Please note that SHIVKRUPA ENTERPRISE has no control over VAT, custom taxes and import duties etc. They vary from country to country and state to state, they have to carefully observed and paid by the Buyer.
4. All the Stitched materials are not eligible for return (No reasons applicable)
5. Catalogs and Hardcopy may or may not be provided with the product. SHIVKRUPA ENTERPRISE gives no assurance for them.
6. Applicable Law The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Surat, India
7. Once we receive the payment, the order will be confirmed. The availability of the product will be scrutinized only after the payment is successful. The chances of unavailability are very rare and in this unfortunate event, the courier time would differ. These changes shall be updated to the client on a priority basis.
